Rates
Included:
- Rates (km et hour) are calculated from pick up location for services in Geneva and at the periphery
- For transport outside Geneva, rates are calculated depart Garage/return garage
- Personnalised services according to your wishes (welcoming of the clients with sign and name, handing over of documents…)
- Permanent assistance and follow-up by our Operating Department (Online Flight checking arrival…) until the end of the mission
- Professional and bilingual chauffeur
- Swiss VAT and gas
- Passenger insurance up to 20 ’000’000 Swiss Francs
Not included:
- Parking, tolls and tunnel fees
- Possible extras, mentionned in our quotes (Meal, overnight, accomodation, trailer and luggage surcharge…)
- Additional mileage and waiting time
- If services abroad : National Taxes applying
Billing and payment
We proceed by credit card (VISA, AMEX or MASTERCARD, cash (CHF and Euros) and payment billed after services according to some conditions.
As a matter of guaranty, we ask for credit card references before the assignment.
A prepayment of 50% of the service is possibly requested.
Billing is made in Swiss Francs.
The bill is issued after a short period of time depending on the service performed.
Cancellation & no-show
Cooperating mainly with business clients, we are comprehensive to last minute changes and cancellations.
However, fees might result and the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellation 48 hours prior to the service: 0% of the amount
- Cancellation between 48-24 hours: 50 % of the amount
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: 100% of the amount.
In case of no-show, service’s initial amount will be invoiced, the expenses having been drawn.
